⊱ ─── ⋅ʚ♡ɞ⋅ ─── ⊰By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the following conditions.I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable doing it.I have the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.⊱ ─── ⋅ʚ♡ɞ⋅ ─── ⊰

payment / refund policy

♡ Full payment is required before I begin working on the initial draft.
♡ Payment is accepted through Paypal invoice only.
♡ Payment must be in GBP.
♡ If either myself or the Client is unsatisfied during the initial draft stage, the commission may be cancelled with a full refund.
♡ No refunds after the initial draft is approved.

commission process

1. Client submits the Commission Form.
2. I contact the Client to confirm commission details.
3. Once details are confirmed, I provide a Paypal invoice to the Client.
4. Client pays the Paypal invoice.
5. Once payment is confirmed, I create and share an initial draft (basic composition, lighting map, background element positions) of the commission with the Client.
6. Client may request up to 4 revisions at this stage.
7. If the initial draft is approved, I continue working on the commission until completion.
8. Completed commission is sent to client.
9. Client may request up to 2 minor revisions at this stage before commission is finalised.
10. Finalised commission is sent to the Client.

timelines

♡ Clients are contacted within *2 days of submitting the Commission Form.
♡ Initial draft (basic composition, lighting map, background element positions) will be shared with the Client within *2 days after confirmation of commission details.
♡ Commissions are typically completed within *10 to 14 days after confirming commission details with the Client.*May take slightly longer depending on wait list or external factors (i.e. work / health-related issues).

revisions

♡ Up to 4 revisions may be requested during the initial draft stage.
♡ Up to 2 minor revisions may be requested before the finalised commission is sent to the Client.
♡ No revisions once the finalised commission has been sent to the Client.

permissions / copyright usage

♡ Commissions are NOT to be used as training data for AI models, machine learning algorithms, or generative AI programs, nor to use AI tools to edit, alter, or generate derivative works of the commission.
♡ The commissioned photo can be posted on social media given that I am credited.
♡ I have the right to share the finished commission on my social media unless the Client requests me not to.
